The Grand-Willin Retrievers staff offers thirty years of training experience, a sound obedience program from beginner to advanced levels, all levels of gun dog training for the hunter, as well as running competitive "hunt test" in AKC and UKC competition, detector dog training for various law enforcement agencies and task forces, including the Federal Aviation Administration and the Department of Defense. We hold training seminars for clubs and organizations and support charitable organizations involving children and "Man's Best Friend". We have been successful in helping our clients achieve their goals and accomplishments.

The spacious indoor kennel has lots of windows and overhead doors with views to the outside training area. The building is equipped with ceiling fans for comfort. There is even an area for bathing and grooming. Each run is equipped with resting pads and houses.

The outside area has exercise yards for playtime, as well as a "Canine Carousel" for planned exercise. The puppy area is equipped with ten runs, set under  big oak trees where the mallard ducks visit several times a day to entertain the "Kindergarten".

Training ponds have been designed in several areas.  The mallard ducks make this their home. Park benches are scattered throughout the training area for families to sit and enjoy visiting with their dog.  

       
 

State-of-the-art equipment ensures safe handling during transport of our dogs. On long trips, we want our Champions to be as comfortable as possible. A tastefully decorated apartment accommodates our "out of town" clients. The entire ground is secured by brick and rod iron fencing for the safety of all dogs.
